1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all services, including:
- Digital Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- Social Media Management
- Branding & Design
- Any other service provided by Dabrando
Refunds are only issued if the client is genuinely unsatisfied with the quality or delivery of our service within the 30-day period from the date of project commencement or service activation.
2. Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The client must notify us in writing at support@dabrando.co.uk within 30 days of the service start date.
- A valid reason for dissatisfaction must be provided, giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
- The refund applies only to the service fee paid, and excludes any third-party tools or ad spend associated with the project.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If the website has been modified, altered, or updated by the client or a third party within the 30-day period without an active support package, the refund and any warranty are void.
- If the dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after agreed work was delivered as scoped and approved.
- If the request is made after the 30-day period has elapsed.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@dabrando.co.uk with the following:
- Your full name and company name
- The service you received
- The date the service began
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
